The Apothecary aims to provide more places for all sentient beings, combining principles of rewilding, guerrilla gardening, and accessible third spaces.

The Apothecary follows the philosophy that every can be a meditation with the right intention and mindfulness. Taking a deconstructionist approach, the Apothecary aims to provide consultative services to promote the meditation of sustainable systems.

Savage Guerrilla Gardening

Tal’s Apothecary is inspired by the principles of Savage and Guerrilla gardening, rooting the apothecary’s growth in deconstructing the separation between human-made and natural spaces. From repurposing and reducing waste to promoting biodiversity and embracing natural growth through minimal intervention, Tal’s Apothecary aims to support a sustainable relationship with a rewilded Earth.

Be bad at what you love

Being bad at what you love is a first step toward not sucking at it. The Apothecary believes in supporting creative efforts that start with being bad at something, and that the best way to learn is through experience and by doing, so don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty with worm castings or with paint on the canvas!
